Your new role 

In this position, your job will be managing our client project teams, from strategy to execution. You will dive deep into B2B clients’ businesses from day one, and find ways to turn marketing into a revenue driver. This is your new role in a nutshell: 

 

💛 You’ll plan, run, and develop growth marketing projects for our ambitious B2B clients

💛 You’ll develop and continuously improve content and growth marketing strategies in close collaboration with our specialists in e.g. copywriting, graphic design, and performance marketing 

💛 You’ll use our agile digital marketing model to run the daily marketing operations of your clients through e.g. researching, analyzing data, running meetings, and reporting results 

💛 You’ll be in charge of managing and supporting the learning journey of our junior growth marketers 

💛 You’ll advance your knowledge and digital marketing skills through continuous learning and proactivity

🔥 Have several years of experience in digital marketing

🔥 Have a thorough understanding of project management and team leadership 

🔥 Have a way with words, and you know how to communicate results and use your expertise to suggest actions for the clients 

🔥 Have the ability to plan and run controlled marketing experiments, based on the client’s brand, goals, data, and target audience 

🔥 Are fluent in English and Finnish
